Having tried to live with a virus ridden laptop for a number of months I eventually gave up and decided to get it repaired, being wary of dodgy laptop repair centres specifically given the potential for ID theft I was glad to find a friendly and welcoming service at Computers Inc. From my initial telephone enquiry through to various email correspondence to a certain the problem and potential costs the team were helpful and swift to respond, all without to much techno jargon.
My laptop was back with me within 24 hours, fully functioning and protected with an excellent anti virus system. Best of all a year later it is still working!
