“As is always the case with these things, computer breaks, you put off getting it repaired for fear of the cost and the inconvenience. When you do find someone to who is able to fix it for you, it is a battle to find time to be able to drop your laptop off as they are only open 9.30 – 5.30 Mon – Friday… if you’re lucky!
Not so with Axel and his team. I stumbled across their details on their advertisement on the kiosk outside Wandsworth Town station. I emailed Axel and had a response the same day with a range of solutions to the fault with my laptop. The fact that they open early and stay open late made it possible for me to go in and discuss the problem with them and have my computer fixed within days. As for the cost, well that was the really good news. I was offered a range of options by Mark to replace my CD drive and opted for a reconditioned unit which was a fraction of the price of a new one. Service was friendly and quite honestly without fault.
If you value your sanity and want to avoid being arrested whilst trying to get a laptop fixed – don’t go to PC World or Currys. If you want fast, efficient and honest service I can’t emphasis enough that you should go to Axel and his team.”
