“I used Computers Inc after my laptop completely crashed. As I work for myself my computer is business critical and it was very important to get it back to full working order as quickly as possible. I decided to use Aires Technologies rather than a large chain like PC World because they offered a quick service with reasonable rates. The reason I will return to them is because of the service. I am not at all IT literate and certainly have no more than a basic understanding of IT terminology. The guys at Computers Inc took the time to understand how I use my computer so not only did they fix it but they were able to advise on practical solutions – so not to upgrade my memory for example. They could very easily have up-sold to me as I am so naive but they are totally genuine and focused on what you need as a user. Through the whole process of rebuilding my laptop they kept me informed of progress and I was totally confident they did all they could to get me up and running as quickly as possible.
They are clearly very good at what they do and from my experience I can whole heartedly recommend them especially as they spoke to me in a language I could understand! I will never return to a large impersonal chain again, the level of service is just not comparable.”
